OUR GOVERNMENT REGULATORY BODY ..."HEALTH CANADA" says that ASPARTAME is very safe.....in "BED" with the pharmaceutical companies, of course!! Thank goodness, we have intelligent people who understand the chemistry about how methanol converts to formaldehyde and formic acid.
